A: While we specialize in supporting small teams and mission-driven organizations, we’re happy to explore if there's a fit based on your needs, structure, and goals.
Q: Do you offer one-time project support or ongoing services?
A: Both. Some clients come to us for a specific project or decision, while others engage us longer-term for strategic communication or people operations support.
Q: Do you offer HR consulting outside of Mississippi or Louisiana?
A: Yes. All services are virtual and available to clients across the U.S., unless state-specific licensing or requirements apply.

Q: How do I get started?
A: Visit the Services page to choose an offer that fits your needs. You can book a consult, complete an intake form, or reach out via email with questions.
Q: Is a consultation required before working together?
A: Not always. For most services, you can submit an intake form, and we’ll follow up. A 15-minute (free) consult is available if you’d like to talk through fit or options first.
Q: What’s your communication style during a project?
A: We offer structured, intentional communication: typically one weekly check-in via email and a scheduled virtual check-in if needed. While we don’t offer real-time communication such as daily messaging, we maintain consistent contact with our clients and promptly address any urgent matters that arise.
Policies & Timing
Q: How long do projects usually take?
A: Timelines vary depending on the service, but most projects are completed within 7–19 business days. You’ll receive an estimated timeline before work begins.
Q: What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
A: All services are prepaid. If you need to cancel a consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. For project work, a service agreement outlines timelines and expectations before we begin.
Deliverables & Boundaries
Q: Will I receive editable files or templates?
A: You’ll receive clean, user-friendly deliverables you can easily maintain after the project. We don’t offer templates for resale or AI-replicable tools; everything is customized to your needs.
Q: Do you offer administrative services, such as scheduling or email management?
A: No, we’ve transitioned away from direct administrative tasks in favor of project-based and strategic support. However, under our Executive Communications Partnership package, we can coordinate and manage email responses as part of a structured communications strategy.
Q: Can you help with salary research or internal documentation?
A: Yes, those services fall under Admin Project Sprint. Depending on the scope, we’ll provide a custom quote and timeline.
Q: Do you use AI in your work?
A: Yes, we use AI thoughtfully and ethically to enhance productivity. Primarily for research support, formatting, and exploring creative directions. We begin every project by bringing our own original ideas and perspectives to the table, then use AI as a tool to test, refine, and challenge those ideas. It’s a collaborative, iterative process that sharpens the final outcome. Ultimately, our work is grounded in lived experience, deep study, and human discernment. The results reflect your goals, values, and voice. This is something no AI could authentically create on its own.
