An Executive Strategy Session is a confidential, 90-minute working session with Sabrina Narcisse designed for leaders who need a high-level thought partner with a systemic lens. Rather than addressing symptoms in isolation, we apply the proprietary SNC S.O.S. Framework™ mapping your current challenge through Structure, Operations, and Strategy to isolate root causes and establish a clear path forward.
What is the 15-Minute Fit Check?
The Fit Check is a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to discuss your organization’s immediate needs, confirm alignment, and identify the best engagement path, whether that is an Executive Strategy Session, a custom scope project, or long-term fractional partnership.
What do I receive after an Executive Strategy Session?
Within 24 hours of your session, you will receive a custom executive strategic toolkit designed for immediate implementation:
An Executive Brief: A clear recap of key findings and systemic insights from our session.
A One-Page Priority Map: A sequenced, actionable execution plan tailored to your specific decision or operational challenge.
How do I prepare for my session?
Upon booking, you will receive a brief confirmation prompt asking you to summarize the challenge or decision in 2–3 sentences. That is all the preparation required; we take it from there during our live session.

Is this traditional HR consulting, coaching, or therapy?
No. Standard HR often reacts to daily friction. Sabrina Narcisse Consulting acts as a Systems Architect focusing on systemic design, risk mitigation, and operational resilience. These sessions are not executive life coaching or mental health therapy. They are focused, evidence-based strategy and structural consultations for organizational leaders.

You do not need to be a large entity; we specialize in lean teams, non-profits, small businesses, and growing organizations looking to build resilient infrastructure.
Are sessions conducted virtually or in person?
All Strategy Sessions and Fit Checks are conducted via secure video conference. Custom engagements or institutional retainers may include hybrid or on-site delivery depending on the project scope and location.
Is what we discuss kept confidential?
Absolutely. All discussions, executive briefs, and strategy sessions are strictly confidential. We protect client privacy and do not disclose working details or record sessions without explicit consent.

Sabrina Narcisse is a Senior Certified Professional (SPHR®), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®), and a certified Trauma-Informed Workplace Leader (TIWL). She serves as a Board Officer of Workforce Readiness with Gulf Coast SHRM and brings cross-sector experience spanning executive leadership, board governance, and staff management across non-profits and small businesses since 2009.

Booking & Logistics
How does payment work for sessions?
Strategy Sessions are paid securely via credit/debit card at the time of booking. For custom scope engagements and specialized projects, structured invoicing and payment schedules are established in your formal engagement agreement.
What is the cancellation policy for strategy sessions?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations made under 24 hours or missed appointments are eligible for a 50% credit toward a rescheduled booking within 60 days. If SNC ever needs to reschedule on our end, you will receive a full refund or immediate priority rebooking at no cost.
