About the Firm
Sabrina Narcisse Consulting was established in 2018, growing out of early requests from entrepreneurs seeking practical support as they built and sustained their work.
From the beginning, these engagements were less about traditional consulting and more about understanding what small business owners were trying to hold together: a merger of purpose, innovation, and livelihood. The work required attention not only to ideas and growth, but to the people, systems, and decisions that made those efforts sustainable.
As requests grew through word of mouth, the practice evolved into a formal consulting firm focused on extending capacity for small teams that needed structure, clarity, and reliable operational support.
Since its inception, Sabrina Narcisse Consulting has supported more than a dozen small organizations throughout the Gulf Coast, typically operating with teams of five to ten staff members. The firm’s work has centered on helping these teams strengthen internal systems, manage responsibility under constraint, and continue operating without over-reliance on individual endurance.
Sabrina Narcisse Consulting is led by Sabrina Narcisse, Managing Principal. The firm operates as a practitioner-led practice, with all engagements overseen directly by its principal.
For engagements requiring expanded capacity or specialized expertise, the firm partners with trusted independent consultants and vendors. This collaborative model allows Sabrina Narcisse Consulting to merge complementary talent as needed while maintaining direct oversight and accountability.
