Welcome to Sabrina Narcisse Consulting. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sabrinanarcisse.com (the "Site") and the scheduling, payment, and resource features offered through it by Sabrina Narcisse® LLC, doing business as Sabrina Narcisse Consulting ("SNC," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Informational Content

Content on this Site, including the newsletter, the free guide, and information about organizational, administrative, and people systems, is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Results vary with each organization's circumstances, and use of this content does not guarantee specific business, financial, or compliance outcomes.

2. Professional advice disclaimer

SNC provides human resources and organizational development consulting. Our content and sessions do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice, and they do not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal questions involving employment law, terminations, or compliance obligations, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual property

SNC owns the intellectual property rights in all material published on this Site, including text, designs, logos, and the SNC S.O.S. Framework™ (trademark application pending), together with its methodology, processes, and tools. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal organizational use. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or adapt Site material for commercial use.

  • Sell, rent, sublicense, or teach the SNC S.O.S. Framework™ or any component of it.

3. User Accounts and Scheduling Tools

If you utilize our online booking, invoicing, portal features, or account registration tools:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and passwords.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout, scheduling, or registration.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our sole discretion if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Executive strategy sessions

These terms apply to sessions booked through the Site:

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are forfeited.

  • Confidentiality: SNC keeps the content of your session confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

  • Deliverables: The executive brief and priority map prepared for your session are yours to use within your organization. The SNC S.O.S. Framework™ and its methodology remain the property of SNC.

  • Scope: A session is a standalone working session. Implementation work, extended support, and custom builds are provided only under a separate Client Service Agreement.

5. Accounts and scheduling tools

When you use our booking, invoicing, or account features:

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details and passwords confidential.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • SNC may decline service, close accounts, or cancel bookings when fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments made through the Site are processed under the terms of our integrated payment provider. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when they are incurred. Because each session and deliverable is prepared specifically for your organization, all sales made through the Site are final, except as provided in Section 4 or in a separate written agreement.

7. Website Terms and Client Service Agreements

These Terms govern your use of the Site. Custom engagements with SNC are governed by a separate, signed Client Service Agreement. Where the two conflict, the signed Client Service Agreement controls.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site.

  • Your reliance on the completeness or accuracy of informational content on the Site.

9. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party tools for scheduling, payment, and email. Your use of those tools is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

SNC may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
